Featuring an Alder Body (very light, great sounding), 22 frets and 3 custom wound DiMarzio single coil pickups. This guitar also has the exclusive patented Music Man® "Silent Circuit", which reduces hum and retains true single coil sound. If you'd prefer a humbucker in the bridge position just ask.
About the Silhouette Special
The Silhouette Special was introduced in 1995, although the original Silhouette had been around since 1985. Music Man have gone the traditional route (22 frets) here with the SS, while the original has 24 frets. This guitar is incredibly light and is often overlooked because of the artist models offered by Music Man. If you want a really nice Strat styled guitar then look no further than the Silhouette Special.
