Chandler Pick Guard Warning

As many of you may know, when asked about replacement pick guards for Music Man I have always recommended getting them from Chandler Pickguards US. The reason being the original Music Man guards are too expensive here in Australia and I wanted you the customer to get the best bang for your buck.

 

I too have used Chandler Pick Guards* and I have now realized the advice I was giving was extremely bad advice. This company on every occasion I have dealt with has been incompetent, inaccurate and outright rude. They get orders wrong and it's my fault. They lose record of payment and it's my fault. They get addresses wrong and it's my fault. How they stay in business is beyond me.

 

I apologize to all of our customers for having previously recommending Chandler. I suspect I'm not alone with the problems with this backyard operation. From now on, if you want a Music Man guard I will sell them at $100** with free shipping within Australia. Original is always better.

 

*Please note I was using them for custom guards not available from Music Man
